Korvosa is vervloekt dat geen van zijn vorsten ooit van ouderdom zal sterven of een erfgenaam zal voortbrengen. De metropool balanceert op de rand van anarchie. Er zijn helden nodig die het hoofd kunnen bieden aan misdaadheren, oproerige bendes, krankzinnige sekteleden, virulente pest, ondode hordes, sluwe duivels, corrupte edelen, barbaarse stamhoofden en oude en vergeten kwaden die proberen de stad te domineren en op te offeren.

In deze uitbreiding van het populaire coöperatieve Pathfinder Adventure Card Game nemen 1 tot 6 spelers het op tegen monsters, gevaren en vallen terwijl je de stad Korvosa redt van zowel oude als nieuwe bedreigingen. Kies je karakter; bouw een stapel unieke uitrusting, magie en bondgenoten; en verken dodelijke locaties terwijl je door een spannend fantasieverhaal reist. Naarmate je avonturen voortduren, zullen je personages opmerkelijke uitrusting en adembenemende magie aan hun decks toevoegen terwijl ze ongelooflijke krachten verwerven, die ze allemaal nodig zullen hebben om steeds krachtigere bedreigingen het hoofd te bieden.

Het vereist de Pathfinder Adventure Card Game Core Set en breidt het maximale aantal spelers uit naar 6 voor die set. Korvosa is cursed that none of its monarchs shall ever die of old age or produce an heir. The metropolis teeters on the edge of anarchy. It needs heroes that can face down crime lords, rioting mobs, insane cultists, virulent plague, undead hordes, scheming devils, corrupt nobles, barbarian chieftains, and ancient and forgotten evils that seek to dominate and sacrifice the city.

This expansion to the popular cooperative Pathfinder Adventure Card Game pits 1 to 6 players against monsters, perils, and traps as you save the city of Korvosa from threats both ancient and new. Choose your character; build a deck of unique equipment, magic, and allies; and explore lethal locations as you journey through an exciting fantasy tale. As your adventures continue, your characters will add remarkable gear and breathtaking magic to their decks as they gain incredible powers, all of which they’ll need to challenge more and more powerful threats.

This set includes the storybook and cards for the Curse of the Crimson Throne Adventure Path. It requires the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game Core Set and expands the maximum number of players to 6 for that set. You can supplement your experience with Character Decks, the Pathfinder Society Adventure Card Guild, and Pathfinder Adventure Card Game accessories (available separately).
